Editorial : How The Culture of Black Friday Shopping Has Changed and Why It’s Smarter to Shop Online

By Montez Taylor

Since the pandemic, the culture of Black Friday shopping has changed drastically. People are now able to access deals earlier and easier without the crowded lines and violent fights from the comfort of their own homes.

Black Friday happens once each year the day after and sometimes even the night of thanksgiving. Customers will camp outside of stores just to be first in line for new deals and arrivals. Since the pandemic and the new evolution of Black Friday that does not seem to be the case anymore.
